MG Immobiliare · Boutique Real Estate in Milan
Website redesign and visual system for a neighborhood-focused agency.
Before we walked in
MG Immobiliare is a Milan based real estate agency with a strong local reputation and a portfolio of quality apartments and family homes. Offline, clients trusted them; online, they looked like any other agency. Listings were hard to read, visuals were inconsistent, and nothing really communicated the care they put into every search. The website felt functional at best, anonymous at worst more database than experience.
The goal was simple but not easy: make MG look and feel as reliable online as they are in person. That meant going beyond “putting properties on a page”. We wanted visitors to understand, at a glance, who M&G is, what kind of homes they curate, and how to move from browsing to booking a viewing without friction. Less noise, more clarity. Less generic stock agency, more boutique partner that actually listens.
The direction we chose
We positioned MG as a boutique, neighborhood first agency. The visual language is calm and editorial: generous white space, measured typography and a color palette that nods to Milanese architecture rather than shouting for attention. Instead of drowning users in filters and numbers, we structured the content around how people actually choose a home: area, atmosphere, layout, and everyday life. Each property is presented as a potential chapter of someone’s story, not just a list of square meters.

What changed for MG
The new digital presence finally reflects how M&G works in real life: personal, precise and focused on fit. Visitors can understand the value of each property faster, compare options without getting lost, and contact the agency with a clear sense of what they want. Internally, M&G now has a repeatable system for publishing listings and communicating updates, instead of custom improvisations every time. The result: a brand and a website that support higher quality enquiries and position the agency as a boutique reference in its area.
